Lease renewal

Can anyone tell me how the whole lease renewal process works for housing connect?

My 1 year lease is supposed to end in the end of August. I still haven't received the lease renewal. I spoke to management and they said i should get it on June 1st but still nothing. I contacted them again today but no response. What do I do?

How long ahead did you get your lease renewal? I know they've got 150 to 90 days to send it. It’s less than 90 days now. TIA
