Overwhelming exhaustion after family visit to the point I almost fallen asleep while eating

So something that happened that hasn't happen in a very long while is I was so exhausted after family came over today that while eatting I almost fallen alssep while eating. Like during I was extremely tired and went to somewhere quiet and slept. This happens. But then after they were gone and a few hours after I got up and needed to get something to eat. And during that I barely was able to keep my head up.
