40yrs low AMH

We’ve had a child back in 2023 via IUi clomid x2. Now we went to try for one more kid.
I’m 40 yrs now and my AMH has dropped from .6 to .28
We tried 4 rounds of letrozole and the last 2 rounds added menopur.
Although I produced 2 quality follicles, it was not a success.
So here we are about to do IVF. Any tips, encouragement/ reality check would be helpful.
