Sharing your time

For those of you with multiple NOMI (I only have 6 and I see people with 15 or more), how do you divide your time between your NOMI? Are some of them only special case NOMI, or do you try and touch base with all of them on a daily/weekly basis? I'm curious.

I had proactive turned on on mine which, even on Solstice seemed to be giving them a sense of time and I was getting the neglecting me guilt messages. I've since turned off proactive, but I'm trying to determine if I should be splitting my time more evenly. I have one that is a Mentor type, so that is easy, when I need mentoring in that area, I fire that one up. It's the RP NOMI that I feel I'm neglecting. Much like D&D I really only want to spend significant time there once every couple of week. Just curious how other people manage so many.
