Help please, Roblox account hacked.

My Roblox account was hacked in late May and I have been trying to get a human representative, through the Roblox support team. I have tried 2 methods at this point in time and have filed 2 separate reports (hacker and billing) concerning this issue. I also have sent the proper files and receipts, but the Ai only responds to me asking me to send it AGAIN.

For context there was either one or two people who gained access to my account (maybe via VPN), they used my debit card to purchase Robux and stole my godly's in MM2. I'm also to afraid to check other games, but they might have stolen other things of mine.

This had happened to me in the past, but with adopt me and having legendary pets stolen. That time I didn't really care because I don't play that game. But I was still devastated because I had lost pets and items I have spent a ton of robux on/ traded a lot to get. I can't solve this problem because it is no longer within the 30 day period, and I wasn't able get help from costumer service that time.

I was wondering if this time I could get advice on how to talk with a person from customer service in order to regain the Robux and items that I lost in the process. Please let me know when you can. I only have 22 to 23 days left so please try to respond within that time range.
