When characters decide to disrespect/insult a god or god-like being. It's cool seeing characters standing up to something way more powerful than them. Specially if the godly being ends up losing because of their emotions.

\>!Caine!<, from the Amazing Digital Circus:

\>!Caine is an AI that controls all of the circus, and as a result of the people in the circus not being satisfied with being trapped in a digital world, he eventually decided to start torturing them more and more, abusing his powers. The members of the circus distracted him by insulting him and making him angry, which gave Kinger enough time to delete him.!<

\>!Scion!<, from Worm:

\>!Scion is an alien, and the source of all the powers in the multiverse. But after his partner died he was left without a purpose. After acting like hero for decades, he decided to try something different, and started brutally killing people across the multiverse, from tearing them apart slowly and making their loved ones watch, to destroying whole countries with one attack. He was defeated thanks to all the parahumans coming together to make representations of his partner's body using their powers, and he was unable to handle the grief he was feeling(which would normally be impossible, but since he made a human-like avatar he also started feeling human emotions). They used this opportunity to hit him with a power that would leave his real body vulnerable, and then shooting It with a weapon made by all the tinkers working together.!<
