Help! I'm alone and definitely afraid

Hi, I'm new and very curious about this world and I need help. It's hard reaching out when half the time it's chat room guys trying to send you unsolicited pics. I've been thinking on it for a while I don't think im a caregiver but I don't think im as young as some people on here. Please all I need is some help and some guidance to make all of this make sense. Sorry for the rambling, thank you all for your time.
