Games feels slow even with 90-100fps

Hello guys.
First of all i would like to share my specs:

RTX 5060 8gb
ryzen 5 7600x
1tb nvme 4.0
32gb ddr5 6000mhz

Soooo,when i play a game that has under 180fps(my monitor’s refresh rate) it feels very laggy and feels like sometimes i have under 60fps ngl even that my fps counter shows 90- 100.
I tried v sync on and off,all types of settings in windows/games but it still feels the same,slow and looks like the image is tearing a little bit.
This shit happens only in more demanding games obviously, AAA and stuff,in warzone,the finals or any other online games,the fps feels ok but i think its because i hit almost everytime 160 plus fps .
I suppose that any game that has 60+ fps should feel good and smooth but in my case its not.
