for a while... it was a song that wasn't my favorite in the playlist... i would like it then remove again from my playlist and then add again and so on for a while... but it clicked this week, and i love it. Initially, i thought the chorus feels too drawn out, but it is that drawn out part that makes the end satisfying where he says - "[...]wake me up" before the "soon" part. And similarly, at the end when he says "[...] take me on". It feels really pleasant now. The verses are and chorus lyrics are good too, and the music during verses and chorus feels awesome too now!

[Also, it makes the song feel sadder given that >!me and my friend just talked about the passing of his elder sister (sibling) at the age of 12 from blood cancer... he was 9 when she died... and she was 12... smart enough to know that she was dying... man... fuck cancer! We both are like brothers at this point... i am 27 and he is 25,.. so the tragedy happened more than a decade ago. I tell him 'you got elder brother now at least!
