C&P for PTSD
I have my telehealth C&P appointment tomorrow for PTSD and I’m sweating bullets over it.
7/4/2010 I witness the drowning deaths of Cpl Paul Fagundes, LCpl James May, and LCpl Giovani Cruz. It’s messed with me for years off and on.
Anyway, I told C&P about it in 2014 when I got out and they gave me 0% for anxiety/depression. In 2022 I got upgraded to 50% for depression secondary to chronic pain (knees and back). I’ve got a mountain of evidence that this has been an ongoing issue for 16 years.
I’m stressing out about telling this story again, about trying to convince the VA that something is wrong, that they’re going to do what they always do and rate me 0% and try to shove pills down my throat.
Any advice on how to not feel like shit about going into this tomorrow?
