Who would you say are some of the weakest leaders the Clans ever had?

Note that when I refer to a ‘weak’ leader, I’m referring to someone who wasn’t necessarily cruel or evil, but either lacked the ability to properly lead the Clan or otherwise proved to be lacking in competence, something that could endanger their whole Clan if unmanaged.

For me, a glaring example of this would be Morningstar of ThunderClan. He was so dedicated to averting battle that he first shamed his Clan by asking his rivals for access to their hunting grounds (which they denied him), then refusing to retaliate when the other Clans began crossing ThunderClan’s borders. This ironically led to WindClan continuing to steal prey from ThunderClan until circumstances forced Morningstar to finally do something about it. He did seem like a nice cat overall, but that’s not the sort of attitude you can really have while leading.
