What would be the ideal national healthcare model in your opinion?
We recognize how exhorbitant healthcare services are in some countries that privatize healthcare like the US, and at the same time we also are aware of how universal healthcare in many European countries is embattled by long waitlines and structural delays that make it inefficient. Yet some other countries pay high taxes towards a completely crumbling system.
So let's live in an ideal world for a moment, where a model takes into account the population of a country, its GDP and as such its ability to pay taxes and support the system/fund their healthcare(depending on whatever works better), and it runs efficiently. How would you describe that system? What barriers would be in said system, and how confident are you that it is something easily manageable by the population of the hyphothetical country that implements them?
