Where to start? Curious about SaaS Animation

I Learn any software quickly like: Photoshop, premier pro.But today i realised i can't learn after effects,It's too complex. I don't know where to start.It took me 1 hours only to change pastebin color to grey(i somehow made it dark earlier).

i went to YouTube and there was a 20 minute video about SaaS animation. I only covered first 2 minutes in 2 hours.Never experienced this kind of thing, even i tried gemini.Still It's so irritating.

I really want to learn it.I know it would take so long to master,but i will work hard,i need to at least Learn 10% in 15 days.I already took a project which the client asked for SaaS animation.

I tried Vane motion YouTube channel in the beginning but project files are paid, so Couldn't practice.

Please tell me where to start?

How to practice?

I mastered Photoshop in less than a week while communicating with Gemini.

I even passed my exams with one night study.

Is it my brain or I'm just freaking out.
