Can't get past bios page

Load Win 11 USB stick (retail). Hit power button goes to bios page and won't go any further.

Have used this Win 11 stick before.

Boot order is correct and have tried override option.

M.2 ssd and everything else shows up on bios page as normal. Reset csm on motherboard. New battery.

Is it possible my Win11 USB is bad? It has been used a couple of times. Everything else runs fine. No lights and temperatures are great.
