[routine help] Anyone here dealt with folliculitis before? Seems impossible to get rid of and keeps coming back after antibiotics.

Literally losing my mind about this. Started on my neck where I shave, got really bad a couple times and went to the derm. The prescribed cephalexin. Cleared up. After that ended, it came back, spread to my face and forehead and scalp and arms, got prescribed doxycycline for like 1.5 months. Went away, now that the doxy is finished it’s back on my face, arms, scalp, and fucking chest! I’ve tried benzoyl peroxide and azelaic acid and they barely help. Tried ketoconazole and selenium sulfide and pyrithizone zinc shampoo and those all barely help either. How the fuck do I get rid of this?!
