Anybody’s else’s breasts still as big as mine are after reduction?

I told my surgeon I wanted to be as small as reasonably possible. B/C cup. I didn’t want big boobs anymore for a dozen reasons. Well, he only removed 300g from one breasts and 500g from the other. I started at 38H and my breasts are still very large, probably a DDD or even F. I haven’t got them sized yet because I’m only 5.5 wpo so I’m still swollen. Obviously they are smaller than before and definitely lifted, for now, I’m sure gravity will pull them right back down within a year. I will most likely be having a revision surgery next year, but I’m at the point where idk if I trust him to fix it.
Anybody else have a similar experience?? I genuinely can’t find a single person on here with such a large after size.
