Experienced Agent advice?

So I’m captive right now in the pa/nj market. I’m curious how newer reps are doing or opinions from experience agents on my producing volume?Management keeps hounding me about sales, “get with the program”

I just got my p&c license back in September and started selling in October. So I’m 7 months in with 116 policies sold & $123k premium auto fire life. Good or bad?
