Hayes Dominion reach adjust dial seized

The reach adjust dial on my dominion a4 seems to be seized at the fully open position. I haven’t had a major crash on them to suggest them and have already tried isopropyl and moving the dial whilst engaging the lever. Has anyone had this issue??
