Airpod Pro 3 - Constantly have to reconnect to Iphone

I got the Airpod Pro 3s back in September 2025 and they are great… until I buy my new Macbook Air a few months ago. I use my airpods with my Macbook alot during the day and have zero issues.

Now, all of a sudden, my Airpods hate connecting to my phone (Iphone 15)

The phone recognizes the airpods and shows them as connected, but when I try to share my audio to them, play music, etc it just won’t connect. Even if I click on them in bluetooth settings, apple music, etc it just continues playing out of my phone speakers.

It’s been getting so annoyed. Anytime I go for a walk, I have to completely remove them from my connected bluetooth devices and then reconnect everytime.

Sometimes even then, it has an ‘error’ during setup of the airpods as if they are new.

Anyone dealt with this/have any suggestions?
