Torque limiter on a 2019 F36 440i and a MHD unlimited tune

Hey all, I am going to upgrade my heat exchanger, charge pipes, and an add a short ram intake. I already have a catless downpipe and a 93 octane tune from MHD. I've read, albeit inconsistently, that with an updated tune I will be nearing the TCU torque limit and I will be losing out on some low end torque (my favorite).

Is this true? If so, does it make sense to get a standalone xHP tune for the TCU?

I am new to modding the B58 so please enlighten me.
