Diana’s Identity

I want to pick diana up as an ap jungler option.

What is diana’s gameplan/identity? For example she is the main engage, she wants to powerfarm, and stack early objectives. Things like does she scale well into the late game. She is at her strongest early game or lvl 6. Can she duel most champs or prefer skirmishes.

Advice like that is much appreciated.
