How hard is licensed coffee master?

How hard is it to get coffee master at a licensed location? I asked my manager like a week or more ago and she said she would reach out to somebody.

Checked in with the manager today and she said she hadn't heard anything back but sent me a website and said it was under courses level 100-300.

Each of those courses with a level number says they're multiple hours each, and I guess I'm wondering how true those time estimates are and how difficult it would be to do it without any sort of workbook or studying. Is on-the-job experience enough?
