Reordering of medications in Apple Health for display as Watch Complication

Help

OK this is a strange one. On my Watch Series 11 I have a Medication Complication. Several months ago I noticed that the medication pill represented as the Complication was one of the Medications pills (Shape & Colour) that I am taking.

Shortly after that, for two of my medications, my dosage rate changed to every other day on alternative days in the mornings, with a different pill showing in the evening. Each medication pill is of a different Shape & Colour, and they appeared as such on the Complication.

On checking within the iPhone Health app Medications section, I noticed that the Medication Pills that showed up on the Watch Complications were at the top of the list for the morning and evening Log times.

When I added a new medication, morning & evening, that went to the top of the that Log list, and therefore its shape & colour now shows as the complication.

I don't want this. I want the alternate days, different medications pills showing as my Complication, thereby I know I am definitely taking the correct medications for that day at the correct time.

I know you can do a Sort Order in the "Your Medications" area, first screen within the medications section, but that does not alter the medications order within the "Log" area at the top just under the calendar bar. It is the FIRST topmost medication pill in this area that appears as the Watch Complication.

It appears (??) the order in this Log area depends upon when you entered that medication. Therefore, last medication entered appears at the top of the Log list.

Is there any way to carry out a manual sort order for this Log area?? Or is this something that should be forwarded to Apple Feedback ??
