Is he gonna be good with anyone else except for Saber?

Sorry for being rude, but I truly did not understand what Gilgamesh does and what is so special with his and Saber's kit.

More importantly will he be good with anyone else? I heard about Eva / Yunli / MBlade but I'm not sure if thats true.

Thank you in advance for explaining🙏🏼😭 It's either Gilgamesh or Archer E2 and I'm trying to figure out which one is better for my acc.
