New Blu-Ray seems to be skipping

Got a new set, Ultimate Aang & Korra collection, as I prefer physical media. First disc out the box is unscratched, no clear issues, but is skipping in the third episode at a specific scene. I saw no issues on the disc, no scratches, no smudges, nothing. It was a bit loose in the case but did not seem to be sliding around. Reviews of the item didn’t seem to reflect any chronic issues with the discs skipping. I am playing on a PS5. Any tips to try?
