Institutions & Financial Media Don’t Give US Retail Enough Credit - $HMR Up 120% Is Proof & NASDAQ Ships Can Fly ;) We Are Always FIRST!

:snoo_dealwithit: General Discussion :snoo_dealwithit:

This applies to many tickers but I will use HMR as an example (feel free to drop others tickers , Only if you have a similar checklist DD to back it up)... I've seen great DD posts on this sub and others over the last few weeks around Heidmar Maritime Holdings (the "Uber of Shipping" - benefits directly from Hormuz disruption). After those posts circulated, the stock rose 120% on 100x normal volume. Institutions own just 0.1%. We found it first. Again.

We are far more intelligent and value-focused than anyone gives us credit for. The $HMR CEO actually said this himself in his in-person interview before the move - "retail likes us more... they like momentum and deep value... that is what we offer because the stock is so low." (Timestamp 40:20 for those interested.)

πŸš€ THE NUMBERS EXAMPLE IN THE CASE OF HMR STOCK

  • βœ… 217% YoY Revenue Growth in Q1 2026 - not a projection. Audited. On the books
  • βœ… Net income flipped from -$6.0M to +$2.8M in one year - the turnaround is reported, not forecasted
  • βœ… EPS of $0.06 vs $0.04 estimate - 50% beat - adjusted net income tripled YoY. Underlying earnings power compounding fast
  • βœ… Cash grew to $27.6M with zero debt β€” balance sheet getting stronger every single quarter
  • βœ… Acquisitions increasingly likely - growing cash pile sitting on the sidelines isn't being priced in. Single PR announcements have historically moved this stock $2–5 in a session
  • βœ… Operating cash flow more than doubled YoY - self-funding, zero capital markets dependency
  • βœ… 76%+ full year 2026 revenue growth forecast - compounding on top of a massive base, not decelerating
  • βœ… 55%+ Gross Margins - a high-margin services business hiding inside a shipping ticker the market still prices like a commodity boat owner
  • βœ… CEO called it publicly before the quarter dropped: "Q1 will be profitable. Q2 will be even bigger. This is just the beginning" - and then delivered Q1 perfectly
  • βœ… No meaningful dilution since listing - growth funded entirely by operating cash flow, not by destroying shareholders

Back to the title - we also hold each other more accountable on these threads than any big bank institution ever would. When we band together we find green and red flags faster, front-run the institutions, and capture 100-1000% moves while the suits show up near the peak to clip their 2% and take all the credit on the news.

They don't outperform the market. They fall 30-50% in downturns. And when they blow up, the taxpayer bails them out. No accountability. No skin in the game.

GameStop might be the only time that dynamic was publicly exposed for what it is & we got the publicity for once..

I was reminded of all of this by the pinned comment on Heidmar's YouTube trailer:

"Do you want to front-run Wall Street to HMR stock?"

πŸ‘‰ Watch it here - this encapsulates everything: https://youtu.be/Bl1rIe_JxwI?si=yej-67hC1NaCxi2oΒ

Institutions will come - they always do - but they will always be late. We find the gems. They find the headlines, yet have no balls really for something that isn’t even hard.

Feel free to share your own examples below. And excuse the rant - love you all. 🀝
