I posted yesterday about running Smash or Mr. white for legs today. Well, i chose to run this stack today. 10g smash AMF, 16g carnage pump, 2 double yo caps, and my usual 8g creatine.

I train in the morning, completely fasted. I took the drink down on the way to the gym and within probably 10 mins had a definite kick of energy and was starting to get some mental clarity and focus. The flavor was not great, but mixing the flavored creatine and pump helped a ton. I arrived at the gym (20 mins drive) and got on the treadmill for a 10 min warmup walk… it was still not entirely eventful at this point but i did have a nice sense of urgency and music was hitting wonderfully. I did notice a distinct and quite intense beta alanine itch, which i never ever get… this was almost a borderline niacin flush. And the tingles/burning came in and out for the first 15 mins at the gym and then passed. After my warmup i started my leg day. I will 100% say that this wasn’t a builder for me… it just hit all at once. It flipped a switch and I went from a decent energy kick and slight focus, to an absolutely amazing mental clarity, an unreal hyper focus that made my sets extremely controlled and intense, and my energy was incredible and lasted forever. It never reached anything scary. I didn’t get any stomach discomfort or sickness. I honestly had 0 sides that everyone was worried about. I completed my workout after 90 mins of brutality and went home and while driving home i felt these full body pulses from head to toe. The pulses were amazing honestly. And when i got home i wasn’t hungry at all, but was able to eat with 0 issues. I was also wildly talkative to my wife and in an incredibly good mood. I didn’t not experience any crash and this pulsing and talkative energy lasted a solid 6 hours after i took the drink. This most certainly has the goods… I’m not sure what goods, but the goods nonetheless.

Overall, this was a wildly enjoyable and pleasant experience. 10/10 will be running this again.
