Employment termination while waiting for stem OPT approval

I am currently working for an employer that informed me my current employment will end on June 30 2026, my current EAD -OPT ends on June 29. I have filed for stem opt in the correct time window and have also given biometrics. I have 89 unemployment days remaining, but will I be eligible for the unemployment days after my termination? Because technically my OPT is over, but my stem is applied for and I have a receipt for the 180 day extension

Also will my stem opt application be rejected ? If today is June 4 is it wise to apply for premium processing?
