Questions for people who have read the 11th edition rules already.

So I have a couple questions I was wondering about when building my army list with 11th in mind.

1. Will hazardous rolls be a deal breaker for ion weapons on vehicles for you personally?

2. should I quit my love for mass sms in a 2k game now?

3. Is a warshaper still worth taking to use the focused fire strat for montka?
