tissues in the exam venues?

I have my first ever uni exam tmrw but I've recently gotten sick and I don't think I'll be able to survive 2 hrs without blowing my nose. Do you think there'll be tissue ​boxes at the front​ where I can just put my hand up for. Exact thing happened during yr 12 but idk abt uni 😭
