Front rightside shock harder than the front leftside

Greetings,

Question as stated in the title.

Car is Note e12 E power JDM (2018, 1200cc HEV), right hanside drive. The left side is naturally heavier with Engine and the E Motor+Transanxle leaning on the left-hand side more relative to the RHS.

Asked because the car bubbles/wobbles in an odd way in speeds less than 15MPH

Note: The hardness and softeness I speak of the shocks is felt merely by pushing the car vertically down by hand, and the LHS is easier to push than the RHS which feels much more stiff
