PK's being aggressive or playing victim in his speeches

What message is our DCM Pavan Kalyan trying to convey to the public and other politicians? In yesterday's Telangana speech, he was too aggressive on the politicians and made some bold comments. Today, he's playing the victim by praising other states like Telangana, Tamilnadu to compare AP don't have that growth mindset??

I believe a more mature person like Lokesh garu should take his seat in the second half of NDA alliance ruling. what are your thoughts?
