Second location is humbling me in ways I did not expect.

Thought I had this figured out. First clinic runs great, staff is solid, I'm not putting out fires every day anymore. Felt ready!

Eight months into location two and I genuinely feel like I'm winging it half the time. Different vibe, different front desk energy, patients are slower to rebook and I swear every week there's something I find out about three days too late...

Drove over there Tuesday because something felt off with the numbers. Sure enough claims just sitting there. Nobody flagged it. Not because anyone was slacking - just nobody knew it was their job to flag it.

That's on me.. I hadn't built the system for it.

For those of you running two or more locations - how long did it take before it actually clicked? And what did you actually put in place to keep eyes on everything without living in your car?
