Coming up with a story when Site B was hit by Hurricane Clarissa and evacuated

So, I have been for some time now trying to come up with a satisfactory story dealing with Isla Sorna and Hurricane Clarissa. I will be trying not to cause disruption in the timeline (I believe the hurricane hit Site B by 1995) and will try to correct some plot points that have not made much sense.

There will just 16 species: Baryonyx, Brachiosaurus, Carnotaurus, Compsognathus, Dilophosaurus, Edmontosaurus, Gallimimus, Mamenchisaurus, Microceratus, Pachycephalosaurus, Parasaurolophus, Pteranodon,Stegosaurus, Triceratops, Tyrannosaurus and Velociraptor

The plot will revolve around some character who are trying to evacuate the island. It will mainly deal with a group of workers that have become separated from the rest and need to get to the Operation Center and wait for a helicopter since they missed the boat (there may be a second group in the Operation Center that are trying to survive attacks by Velociraptors, but I'm not sure how I would go about). The main character would be a either: a scientist working with Dilophosaurus (studying their venom and behavior); a scientist studying dinosaur communication; or a paleo-veterinary

Some plot points that I will try to cover:

• Herbivores just as much dangerous as the carnivores (there will be a Triceratops attack and agressive Pachycephalosaurus);
• Full size Dilophosaurus (they will blind one character but not manage to kill them and this person just will be left off with blinding for a good portion of the story until they get the anti-venom)
• Tyrannosaurus hunting in packs (the pair from TLW taking down a Triceratops or causing a Parasaurolophus/Edmontosaurus stampede) - maybe also two T.rex fighting for dominance
• Camouflage Carnotaurus being a menace
• Baryonyx following a boat with the survivors or in a cave
• Alpha Sorna Velociraptor (not the JP3 raptors, but a big red individual)
• The 2 Pteranodon breeds - GEN1 and GEN2, which were in different aviaries. GEN1 were the more regular and tame, based on P. sternbergi. Meanwhile, GEN2, were the mutant Pteranodons from JP3 that were far more agressive. While GEN1 was freed when Clarissa hit, GEN2 was left sealed off since workers thought of them as too agressive and expected them to die off

Anyway the story is still a long way off and I would like to some feedback on how you people would like this to go off and even some suggestions or things that need to be adressed.
