Spain visa process from BLS Hyderabad

Hey!! I have a SPAIN visitor visit appointment at BLS Hyderabad in a few days. Can anyone please suggest or answer my queries below

1. How's the experience with BLS Hyderabad folks?
2. What are the documents required ( apart from standard docs.) which BLS people might ask
3. What's the timeline and probability of getting approved.
4. Any traps and false information not to fall for

Background:

I'm a 28M solo traveller working as a Software engineer FTE. I have previously travelled to only 4 countries including a Japan sticker visa.
