WHY THE FUCK DOES BITS DELAY EVERYTHING

Bhai August mid mei kon rakha hai last iterations...fuckin manipal has the last date to pay fees for round 1 as 15 June..according to UGC, if I ask for a refund within 30 days and more than 15 days of admission date, I get a refund of ONLY 50%! 50% OF 290000! I lose so much money for absolutely nothing, PLUS I HAVE TO GIVE BITS 3.3LAKHS!

btw, last date of admission in manipal is FUCKING 15 JULY AND BITS GIVES OUT ITS LAST ITERATION IN MID AUGUST. LOW SCORERS HAVE ABSOLUTELY 0 RESPECT AND CARE.
