Intros and retention rate

Hey YouTube creators who know more than I.

Me and my girlfriend have started a YouTube channel about 1 month ago maybe a little more.

I’m not sure if my intros are all terrible, my videos are boring, or if YouTube just hasn’t found my people yet.
( it’s all of the above I’m sure)

But I’m curious about what people might think.

We’ve only got like 8 or so videos up. And one of them is clickbaitish so I know why it preformed bad as far as retention. But if I could get some feedback on intros or what you guys think I would greatly appreciate it.
