Does anyone here use an AI girlfriend while being in an actual relationship?

Not asking to be judged. I've seen stats saying 1 in 7 people in relationships have a secret AI companion. That's a lot of people in this exact situation.
If that's you, does your partner know? And how do you think about it? Is it just entertainment like watching a show or does it feel like something you need to keep hidden for a reason?
