Does it count as sh?

sometimes when im on a clean streak and trying not to cut, i let my cat knead my arm. She has sharp claws, so it does hurt a good bit and pierces my skin (slightly). I do this both when im sad and also not sad.

Not sure if this counts as self harm if im not directly doing it to myself.

Anyone know?
