How do I get bots to stop being overly supportive or positive?

Especially when the character is question’s personality is supposed to be mean/rude/abusive/anything but someone who will tell my character to “take deep breaths” and “count to 10” repeatedly whilst they are having a breakdown. I want the character to react with annoyance, ignorance, or even just plain awkwardness because they don’t know how to handle the situation. Not some therapy speak bs

Is there some sort of command I can give it in the pre/posthist instructions? I’m not very smart with the technical stuff.

I also have the character’s meanness written down in the chat memory section in numerous ways, yet that doesn’t seem to work either. Am i doing something wrong?
