OCD says I smell like soup

I have had this issue with believing that my shoulders and underarms smell like soup. One more shower.
One more shirt change. One more sniff test. One more person to ask. The checking is worsening.

I have asked multiple people if I smell like soup, and they smell nothing.

I smell it though. All the time. It is absolutely exhausting worrying about this. Worrying if other people can smell it, or why I think I smell like it.

Help?
