Spotting after abdominal cramps from hunger or feeling full

Does anyone else get period-like pain/crams when they’re hungry but they’re not on the period? I usually have some spotting right after and no one has any explanation on why this is happening or how to stop it. It’s excruciating pain and sometimes lasts >2hrs.

I’m worried it’s endometriosis but can’t really prove it since i don’t get my periods due to an iud.
