Any advice for someone going from peds to adults and peds?

I’ve worked at a children’s hospital for 2 years doing general ultrasound. The hospital is an hour from my house and I work 5 nights a week (overnight shifts). A job opened up 20 minutes from my house with the same company but day shift 3 12s. I got offered the job but I am SO nervous to do adults too, as I haven’t done any adult ultrasounds since school (transvaginal, pregnancies, carotids, AAA). Does anyone have any advice how to jump back into adult exams? I am NERVOUS!
