No proper Chaat culture in Patna

I am a big foodie myself. And specially have ate Chaats across the Northern India.

But Chaat in Patna feels like scam(imo, can vary as well).

In patna they put lot of watery chana, no taste of chutneys, plain dahi.

But chaats in banaras, lucknow and delhi are way ahead. They taste like heaven.

Let me know if i am still missing best chaat of Patna?
