How to get from Biarritz to SJPDP after 6:30PM

Hi, I am arriving at the Biarritz airport on July 9th at 18:25. Is there a way I can get to SJPDP the same day, as accommodation in Biarritz and Bayonne is expensive? I saw there is a train at 21:00 from Bayonne. Can someone please doble-check this for me? I appreciate it!
