[UPD] Advice on Admission Requirement Submission

I'm an incoming UP Diliman freshman from the province, and unfortunately, I am unable to submit my documents on my assigned/preferred date because traveling to Manila is a significant financial burden for my family. I would have to make two separate trips—one for the submission of requirements and another when classes begin—and at the moment, I don't have the resources to afford both.

I wanted to ask if anyone has experienced a similar situation. Is there an option to mail or courier the admission requirements instead of submitting them in person? Are there any alternative arrangements that UP allows for students coming from far provinces?

I've already worked hard to secure my slot, and I'm worried about missing the submission deadline because of financial and logistical constraints. Any advice, information, or contacts I can reach out to would be greatly appreciated.
