Need help comparing Highlander Hybrid, Mazda CX-90 PHEV, Kia Sorento PHEV for my next purchase.

Key priorities:
- Commute to work 5 days, lots of stop-go traffic. 36mi round trip (Seattle gas prices)
- not likely to charge at work
- otherwise most driving is shorter distances under 10miles
- Need 3rd row availability but not only on occasion
- Cost efficiency: weighing out gas prices, with electric charging prices and general maintenance
