Mac batterY HELP

Hello guys 2 weeks ago i had posted about my mac battery going down from 100-98, i had also mentioned i had been playing roblox but not that much it was mediocre use, but since that day i havent played a single bit of roblox on my mac and the battery has gone down from 98 to 94% this and it has been not even 2 weeks since 98%. I have been using optimised battery charging and even using the mac on destop mode.then too its degrading and at such a fast rate. The total time this mac has been on usage is almost 7 months (on 16june) i am vey much worried (and scared my dad’ll beat the shot outta me) please if any help/tips for battery health.
