Pain in calf when switch foot angle in hard cast

Currently in hard cast.
2 weeks post op

Stitches removed today, doctor moved foot to a more neutral angle I'm still not weight bearing.

My calf and foot can at times feel tingly or sore. Is it that my foot is finally at a different angle?
Is this normal or do I need to call my doctor.
