Need help identifying sound file

I have one of the bugs where, if I use spells too often, a particular sound effect gets stuck in a loop. The sexchange command fixes it temporarily, but after I cast a spell two or three times in a row, the sound always comes back.

I'm trying to use the Creation Kit to find the sound and patch it, but there are so many different audio files that it's difficult to identify which one is causing the issue. I'm hoping someone here has experience with this bug and can point me in the right direction.

I just need the sound file identified... Please help.
